Terms & Usage Guidelines

1. Agreement: By purchasing any digital product or coaching service from this site, you are entering into an agreement with Donnette Premier Services, LLC d/b/a Realty Coaching Studio.
2. Nature of Service (No "Lock-In"): This purchase is for the specific digital materials or individual sessions described at checkout only. It does not create an ongoing representation, sponsorship, or long-term mentorship obligation unless a separate Master Mentorship Agreement is executed.
3. Intellectual Property: All materials—including guides, scripts, templates, and checklists—are the exclusive intellectual property of Donnette Premier Services, LLC. Your purchase grants you a single-user license for your individual real estate practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these digital files.
4. Consulting vs. Oversight: All personal coaching calls and consultations are provided as business mentorship only. Donnette Premier Services, LLC is not acting as your Sponsoring Broker, supervisor, or legal counsel.
5. Brokerage Supremacy: Your Sponsoring Broker is your ultimate authority. Our coaching does not override the policies or compliance requirements of your brokerage.
6. No Guarantee of Results: Donnette Premier Services, LLC does not guarantee specific transaction outcomes, production levels, or income. The LLC is not responsible for any errors or legal disputes arising from your transactions.
7. Liability and Personal Immunity: You acknowledge you are contracting with the LLC and not an individual. You explicitly waive any right to seek recovery from the personal assets of the LLC's individual members, owners, or officers.
8. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link or materials have been delivered.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the services provided by Donnette Premier Services, LLC d/b/a Realty Coaching Studio.

By enrolling in any coaching or mentorship program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Coaching Sessions

We provide flexibility for our coaching bundles while ensuring the value of professional time is maintained.

Refunds on Unused Sessions: Refunds may be requested for any unused coaching calls within a purchased bundle.

Rate Adjustment: If a refund is issued, all sessions already completed will be billed at the standard individual rate of $55 per call, rather than the discounted bundle rate. The remaining balance of your initial payment (minus the $55 per-session fee for used sessions) will be refunded.

2. Mentorship Program Options

The following terms apply to the two mentorship paths offered by Realty Coaching Studio:

A. Monthly Subscription Option

• Cancellation: You may cancel your mentorship at any time to prevent future charges.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.
• 5-Day Notice Requirement: To avoid being charged for the subsequent month, a minimum of 5 days' notice prior to the 25th of the month is required. Billing processing begins on the 25th for the following month’s service.

B. Per-Transaction Option

• Payment Structure: For members on this plan, compensation is a percentage of the gross commission earned on a per-transaction basis.
• Commission Disbursement: This fee is processed at the brokerage level. By enrolling, the Agent agrees to execute a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) or equivalent commission assignment form directing their Principal Broker to pay Realty Coaching Studio directly from the gross commission at the time of closing.
• Contract Execution: If Realty Coaching Studio is involved in the mentorship process when any client type (Buyer, Seller, or otherwise) goes under contract, the fee is considered earned.
• Broker Notification: Payment instructions will be sent to the Agent’s broker immediately upon contract execution to ensure the fee is accounted for prior to the Agent’s final split.
• Payment Obligation: The agreed-upon fee percentage is due upon the closing of the transaction, regardless of when the closing occurs or if membership status changes after the contract is executed.

3. Digital Materials & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all downloadable resources, templates, and instructional materials provided by Realty Coaching Studio are non-refundable.

Access is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, refunds cannot be issued regardless of whether the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
